Hannah is officially walking! She's still wobbly and prefers crawling, but this past week it's like everything clicked and she's now a WALKER! It is so fun to see her walk across the room.
Other things Hannah's up to:
- She's using her sign language more. She signs to us "eat", "more", and "all done". She also knows a few other random signs, like "duck", but the others are more helpful for us especially at meal times.
- She's starting to say more words (or attempt to say more words). Right now she knows Mama, Dada, Pap-Pap, Dog, Bear, Diaper, Thank You, Poop (oops...), Hannah, Bye-Bye, Hi, Moo!, Book, Night-Night.
- If you ask her what sound a cow makes, she will answer with "Mooooo!"
- She learning how to "blow" and likes when you blow air on her face. The she tries to blow back - it's cute!
- She knows how to say "Shhhhhh" and puts her finger up to her face.
- Hannah will put her arms up in the air when you ask her "How big is Hannah? So big!"
- She absolutely loves the "Hot Dog Dance" from Mickey Mouse Club. She loves to watch it on You Tube and dance along. She's also trying to say "hot dog" and "mickey mouse".
- Hannah is finally drinking milk from her sippy cup! She was always good with water in the sippy, but she's just now liking milk in it too.
- Hannah's 4th bottom tooth finally popped through! She now has 4 teeth on the top, 4 on the bottom, 1 molar and is working on another molar.
Hannah grabbed my Cami shirt while I was undressing after work and decided she was going to wear it!
"Look Mom! I'm so pretty!"
Hannah LOVES laundry! She loves the laundry room, playing with the hampers, dryer sheets, etc. She "helps" me a lot with the laundry. She wills stand at the dryer door and I will hand her laundry from the washer and she throws it in the dryer. She also loves to put the dirty clothes in the washer (with assistance of course!).
Hannah has discovered "dipping"! I gave her cucumbers yesterday as a snack and showed her how to dip them in ranch dressing.
Yum!
I finally bought some hairbands at Target yesterday and attempted to put a little pony in her hair. I was able to get a little sprout at the top!
She's definitely got a mullet going on. It's so long in the back and not very long on the top and front.
Our BIG girl!
